As general manager of AVEVE Retail (2003-2014) he helped build the growth of the Belgian market leader in the horticultural, animal and home baking sector with 250 outlets. He held final responsibility for over 200 franchisees (2001-2007) and supervising several dozen entrepreneurs regarding business economics.

Today that experience is used to help other companies in the Netherlands and Belgium to realize their renewal and innovation.
